Town Clerk

The Town Clerk is an elected official who serves a four-year term. The Town Clerk serves residents directly through the issuance of licenses and permits, and serves as the Town's Record Management and Access Officer, as well as the Registrar of Vital Statistics. In addition, the Town Clerk serves the Town Board as the recording secretary for all their proceedings and decisions.

Dog License Renewal Online

If your dog's rabies is up to date and the renewal is due, you can now renew your Dog License from the comfort of your home with our dog renewal system

Dog License Online

All our four legged friends are required to have a permit.  You can apply for a new Dog License for the Town of Mamaroneck and the Village of Larchmont simply completing our Dog License Application form.

Alarm Permits Online

If you reside in the Unincorporated Town of Mamaroneck, you can apply for an Alarm User Permit by using our Alarm User Permit form.

Alarm Permits Renewals and false alarm payments Online

You can now pay your (Annual) Alarm User Permit Renewal and any false alarm activation charges online! Please follow the link provided in the invoice you received by the email, or the hard copy invoice you received by mail, to make your online payment.

Marriage Licenses


Congratulations! If you would like to visit us to obtain a Marriage License, we are currently issuing licenses by appointment only, to both residents and non-residents. Please visit our Marriage License Information page to review the requirements and to make an appointment. In addition, the Town Clerk is a Marriage Officer who performs wedding ceremonies. Ceremonies are performed Monday through Friday, 8:30am until 4pm.

Parking Permits Online

Residential parking permits are currently renewing for 2023.  Please sign up for our parking waitlists if you would like a new commuter or 24-hour parking permit.
