New York State Law requires that all dogs over four months old be licensed in the town, city, or village where the dog resides, once the dog has lived in New York for 30 days.
To get a New Dog License, simply complete our online application form. Before you begin, be sure you have your dog’s rabies information and proof of spay or neuter. Once your online application is received and approved, we will notify you for payment. Once you've completed payment, we will mail out your dog license along with a metal identification tag with his or her Town identification number. Attach the tag to your dog's collar, so your dog can always be traced back to you!
You can renew your Dog License online using our online renewal portal. Email any updated rabies certificates into us at TownClerk@townofmamaroneckNY.org. Then, once we've updated your dog's details in our system, enabling you to then renew online!
