PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 130 of the Town Law of the State of New York, a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 8:00 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, to consider the “Increase in the Income Levels for the Senior Citizen Tax Exemption and Persons with Disabilities and Limited Income Tax Exemption and Clarification that Co=Operative Apartments are Eligible for a Senior Citizen Tax Exemption” law, at the Town Center, 740 W.
